Nelle ultime ore si è svolta la première mondiale di Shang-Chi e la leggenda dei dieci anelli e nel web, come da tradizione, sono comparsi i primi commenti a caldo della stampa estera. Commenti che sono molto positivi e preannunciano un altro successo targato Marvel. Ricordiamo che il film arriverà nelle nostre sale l’1 settembre.
Un film fantastico, con scene d’azione incredibili e coreografate benissimo. La Marvel ha sfornato un altro successo.

Ci sono molte cose che non sono state mostrate nei trailer, non è la tipica storia di origini.
I really dug #ShangChi! There is a lot not in the trailers (maybe avoid ads in the next couple of weeks I fear will show more?) and it has its own vibe and distinct elements that make it stand out and not feel like a standard origin story. And Simu Liu makes for an awesome hero.

Shang-Chi deve affrontare il passato che credeva di essersi lasciato alle spalle quando viene attirato nella rete della misteriosa organizzazione dei Dieci Anelli.
Simu Liu (Blood and Water) interpreta Shang-Chi, mentre il grande Tony Leung presta il volto al vero Mandarino. Il cast comprende anche Awkwafina (Katy), Fala Chen (Jiang Li), Meng’er Zhang (Xialing), Michelle Yeoh (Jiang Nan), Ronny Chieng (Jon Jon), Florian Munteanu (Razor Fist) e Dallas Liu.
La sceneggiatura è opera di Dave Callaham (The Expendables, Godzilla, Jean-Claude Van Johnson, Zombieland: Doppio colpo, Wonder Woman 1984, Spider-Man: Un nuovo universo 2). La regia è stata invece affidata a Destin Daniel Cretton (Il castello di vetro, Il diritto di opporsi, Tokyo Vice).
Shang-Chi, Maestro del Kung-Fu, è stato creato da Steve Englehart (testi) e Jim Starlin (disegni) su Special Marvel Edition n° 15 (dicembre 1973). Si tratta del più grande esperto di arti marziali dell’Universo Marvel, e la sua forza si basa interamente sull’addestramento e sul talento individuale, non sui superpoteri. È figlio del criminale Fu Manchu, e ha fatto parte sia degli Eroi in Vendita (come Pugno d’Acciaio e Luke Cage) sia dei Vendicatori.
