La Black List 2016, la lista annuale delle sceneggiature non prodotte più apprezzate dai membri del settore, è stata svelata. Al primo posto con 48 punti troviamo Blond Ambition, un biopic su Madonna scritto da Elyse Hollander ambientato nella New York degli anni ottanta, che racconta le difficoltà incontrate da Madonna nella pubblicazione del suo primo album. Alla produzione troviamo RatPac Entertainment, la Michael De Luca Producutions e Bellvue Productions.
