Alcuni giornalisti statunitensi hanno già visto Guardiani della Galassia Holiday Special, lo speciale natalizio che uscirà tra una settimana su Disney+, e le reazioni sono entusiaste.
Stando ai commenti, possiamo aspettarci un nuovo “classico natalizio”, incentrato sulla “famiglia che ci scegliamo”. Mantis (Pom Klementieff) e Drax (Dave Bautista) sono i protagonisti, come avevamo intuito dal trailer, e pare che la loro avventura a Los Angeles per rapire Kevin Bacon sia molto spassosa. Ci si commuove, a quanto sembra, ma si ride anche molto. Pare inoltre che il cane Cosmo (con la voce di Maria Bakalova) sia irresistibile.
È già noto che Marvel Studios Presenta: Guardiani della Galassia Holiday Special sarà canon nel Marvel Cinematic Universe: si svolgerà fra Thor: Love and Thunder e Guardiani della Galassia: Vol. 3, chiudendo la Fase 4. Il debutto è atteso per il 25 novembre su Disney+, mentre Guardiani della Galassia: Vol. 3 arriverà il 5 maggio 2023 nelle sale americane.
