Art Directors Guild Awards – Nominati The Irishman, The Mandalorian e Big Little Lies

ADG, IATSE Local 800, ovvero l’Art Directors Guild ha annunciato le nomination della 24esima edizione dell’Annual Excellence in Production Design Awards nel cinema, nella televisione, negli spot, nei video musicali e nelle pellicole animate.

Tra i candidati: The Irishman, C’era una volta…a Hollywood e Ford v Ferrari in ambito cinematografico. Aladdin, Avengers: Endgame, Dumbo e Maleficent: Signora del male invece sono stati nominati nella categoria per il miglior film fantasy.

In ambito televisivo Game of Thrones, The Mandalorian (la prima nomination di Disney Plus), The Crown, Big Little Lies, Veep e La Fantastica signora Maisel hanno ricevuto una nomination nelle rispettive categorie.

Syd Mead (Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Aliens, Blade Runner) riceverà il William Cameron Menzies Award. Il premio alla carriera ADG Lifetime Achievement Awards verrà consegnato a Joe Alves, Denis Olsen, Stephen Myles Berger e Jack Johnson.

I vincitori verranno premiati il 1° febbraio all’InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown.
