Oscar 2020 – Presentati 159 documentari tra cui Apollo 11

L’Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences ha rivelato i 159 documentari che sono stati presentati per l’edizione degli Oscar 2020. L’AMPAS ha sottolineato che per diversi film non sono state ancora fatte le proiezioni di qualificazione a Los Angeles e a New York.
Apollo 11 della Neon è il frontrunner, ricordiamo che pochi giorni fa ha vinto come miglior documentario ai Critics’ Choice Documentary Awards. Notiamo inoltre la presenza di American Factory, The Apollo, La fattoria dei nostri sogni, Echo in the Canyon, The Edge of Democracy, For Sama, Linda Ronstadt: The Sound of My Voice, One Child Nation, Sea of Shadows e Where’s My Roy Cohn.
Il 16 dicembre verrà annunciata la lista di 15 film Le nomination verranno svelate il 13 gennaio 2020 mentre le premiazioni della 92ma edizione si svolgeranno il 9 febbraio.
