Il Re Leone: tutti i dettagli sulla colonna sonora, che conterrà una canzone originale di Elton John e Tim Rice

Walt Disney Records ha diffuso i dettagli della colonna sonora de Il Re Leone, il remake in CGI iperrealista dell’omonimo classico d’animazione targato Disney, in arrivo nelle nostre sale il 21 agosto.
La versione digitale sarà disponibile a partire dalle 17:00 (ora italiana) dell’11 luglio, mentre la versione fisica dell’album arriverà il 19 luglio, in concomitanza con la release del film. Curata da Hans Zimmer, la colonna sonora vede la partecipazione delle nuove voci del film, come Donald Glover (Simba), Beyoncé (Nala), Seth Rogen (Pumbaa), Chiwetel Ejiofor (Scar), Billy Eichner (Timon) e Alfre Woodard (Sarabi).
Elton John e Tim Rice di nuovo insieme
Inoltre Elton John e Tim Rice tornano a collaborare per un brano inedito, intitolato “Never Too Late”. Ricordiamo che il duo ha dato vita a canzoni indimenticabili come “Hakuna Matata” e “Circle of life”, in Italia “Il cerchio della vita”. Da sottolineare anche la presenza di Pharrell Williams, che ha collaborato ad alcune canzoni.
