Oscar – Sorrentino, Michael Fassbender e Josh Hutcherson tra i nuovi 271 membri dell’Academy

L’Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, l’associazione che ogni anno assegna gli Oscar, i più prestigiosi riconoscimenti cinematografici al mondo, ha da poco reso noti i nuovi membri invitati per l’anno 2014.

Sono nomi che vengono dall’eccellenza nei vari campi, da quello attoriale e quello della regia, montaggio, sceneggiatura, costumi, sonoro, effetti visivi e non solo. Presenti anche produttori, executive e responsabili di relazioni pubbliche.

Sono 271 i nuovi nomi invitati ad entrare nell’Academy grazie al loro contributo, e il presidente Cheryl Boone Isaacs ha commentato “Con il loro contributo al mondo del cinema hanno intrattenuto il pubblico di tutto il mondo, e siamo orgogliosi di dare loro il benvenuto nell’Academy“. Tra i nuovi membri anche il nostro Paolo Sorrentino, premio Oscar quest’anno con La Grande Bellezza (Miglior Film Straniero), ma anche attori candidati alla statuetta come Michael Fassbender, Lupita Nyong’o e il volto della saga di Hunger Games, nonché ex-bambino prodigio sulle scene ormai da moltissimi anni, Josh Hutcherson.

Ogni membro dell’Academy (oltre 6mila membri) può sponsorizzare ogni anno una candidatura all’interno della propria categoria, e l’effettivo ingresso nell’associazione sarà valido dal prossimo settembre. Ecco la lista completa degli invitati tutta da curiosare:
