Non sono ancora finite le avventure di Rama (Iko Uwais), il protagonista di The Raid e del seguito The Raid 2: Berandal, e anche se non manca ormai molto per l’uscita del film in Indonesia e in America, l’Italia rimane ancora senza una data di uscita. In attesa di scoprire i primi giudizi sul film, che debutterà al Sundance Film Festival a gennaio, possiamo gustarci questo nuovo trailer realizzato in esclusiva per l’Indonesia.
In questi due nuovi minuti e mezzo, Evans ha inserito del materiale inedito, con la sola eccezione di una scena. Ma ha rassicurato i fans che sono tutte scene del Primo Atto, quindi non c’è pericolo di spoiler. Il secondo film è ambientato due ore dopo The Raid. Il filmaker rivela sul suo account twitter che anche The Raid 3 seguirà lo stesso schema, ed inizierà due ore dopo la fine di The Raid 2.
Mentre stava uplodando il trailer online, Evans ha risposto sul suo account ad alcune domande dei fan:

Se qualcuno aveva dubbi nel comprare l’edizione home video del film, forse queste nuove informazioni potrebbero fargli cambiare idea.

Per quanto riguarda i suoi prossimi progetti, Evans spiega che al momento ne sta sviluppando due e aggiunge che per il momento non ha piani per il seguito di Safe Haven.
