Trovato il nuovo Batman: Ben Affleck. Sarà l’attore e regista recentemente premiato agli Oscar per il suo Argo a vestire i panni dell’Uomo Pipistrello nel sequel de L’Uomo d’acciaio che uscirà nelle sale per il 2015.
In queste ore che sono seguite alla notizia bomba, il regista Zack Snyder ha avuto modo di dichiarare il suo entusiasmo e ha già parlato delle caratteriste di questo nuovo Batman che sarà appunto “più anziano e saggio” rispetto al suo co-protagonista Superman interpretato da Henry Cavill (anche solo a livello anagrafico, Affleck ha 11 anni in più di Cavill).
Parallelamente alle dichiarazioni ufficiali e seriose di congratulazioni per l’ingaggio di Affleck, in rete e su Twitter in particolare si è innescato un vortice di commenti dove è il sarcasmo a farla da padrone… Dall’attore Richard Dreyfus che scherza perché Affleck gli ha rubato la parte dopo che il suo provino era stato perfetto («Partecipi a un provino, sei sicuro che ti prenderanno, e poi prendono Ben Affleck») alla star inglese Robert Kazinsky che suggerisce l’amico di Ben Matt Damon come Joker o il critico Stephen Whitty che propone la sue ex-fiamma Jennifer Lopez come Catwoman… Oppure Kevin Smith che vanta con orgoglio l’onore di aver visto nudo il nuovo Batman/Affleck che lui ha già ribattezzato #BatFleck!
A seguire tutti i Tweet più divertenti sull’ingaggio di Ben Affleck nei panni del nuovo Batman. Anche se, va detto, non tutti l’hanno presa bene: molti fan del mitico Uomo Pipistrello non hanno apprezzato la scelta e su Twitter anche l’hashtag #BetterBatmanThanBenAffleck sta registrando un certo successo così come anche stanno crescendo le petizioni contro il casting di Ben su Change.Org (siamo a 2.000 firme).

Superman VS Batman (titolo provvisorio con cui viene indicato il sequel de L’Uomo D’Acciaio dove David Goyer tornerà nelle vesti di sceneggiatore e Zack Snyder in quelle di regista) ha già una data ufficiale d’uscita: il 17 luglio 2015. Oltre a Ben Affleck e Henry Cavill, nel cast ci sarà il ritorno di diversi personaggi del primo capitolo ossia: Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne e Diane Lane. Le riprese dovrebbero prendere il via a inizio 2014.
