Sono appena state annunciate le candidature ai premi della Writers Guild of America meglio conosciuti come WGA Awards. Sono gli stessi sceneggiatori appartenenti al sindacato a premiare le migliori sceneggiature dell’anno in ambito cinematografico e televisivo.
Lo scorso anno vinsero il WGA Paradiso Amaro di Alexander Payne e Woody Allen con Midnight in Paris, premiati anche agli Oscar, mentre l’anno precedente ci fu uno split, con The Social Network vincitore anche della statuetta e Inception superato agli Oscar da Il Discorso del Re.
