La Broadcast Film Critics Association ha diffuso i nomi delle pellicole candidate alla 18° edizione dei Critics’ Choice Awards. Si tratta di una lista più che utile per tirare le somme a proposito dei favoriti agli Oscar, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le categorie principali.
Tra i grandi favoriti ci sono Lincoln, il biopic sul 16esimo presidente americano diretto da Steven Spielberg e con protagonista Daniel Day-Lewis (che ha ricevuto ben 13 nomination, battendo così il precedente record di Black Swan), e Les Miserables, l’adattamento cinematografico del grande spettacolo teatrale di Broadway diretto da Tom Hooper (11 nomantion).
