La line up del Sundance 2016 è stata ormai quasi completata con l’annuncio delle ultime sezioni del Festival: Premiere, Documentary Premiere, Spotlight, Sundance Kids e gli Eventi Speciali: Bright Stars, New Stories e il Fest Favorites Round Out Robust Festival Program.
Nella sezione Premiere compaiono le ultime opere di Whit Stillman (Love & Friendship), Kenneth Lonergan (Manchester by the Sea), Todd Solondz (Wiener-Dog), Kelly Reichardt (Certain Women con Laura Dern, Kristen Stewart e Michelle Williams); Taika Waititi (Hunt for the Wilderpeople), Joshua Marston (Complete Unknown con Rachel Weisz, Michael Shannon, Kathy Bates e Danny Glover) e John Carney (Sing Street). Il film di chiusura sarà The Fundamentals of Caring di Rob Burnett con Paul Rudd, Craig Roberts e Selena Gomez.
